When will my order be delivered?

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. Transit time depends fully on the method of shipping used and once an order is shipped depends fully on the shipping provider. Check your tracking link provided for more details and in the event of any issues please contact us.

Can I Return my product?

As we deal mainly with Trading Cards returns are fully dependant on the item and circumstances. Please see our Refund Policy below or contact us for further information.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with the condition of your items.

It looks like I have been sent the wrong item?

Please note that we often use bulk cards from various Trading Card Games to pack out orders and ensure that your cards reach you in the best condition possible. Double check the full contents of your order. If you think you have been sent incorrect items please contact ross@mythics.co.uk
